AI product studio

We turn complex ideas into products people love.

TaktLabs builds AI systems for work that actually has to run — supervised, accountable, and deployed on your own infrastructure. We build and operate them for ourselves before we ship them to anyone else.

What we do

Six capabilities, one way of working

We are engineers who spent twenty-five years shipping enterprise systems before agents existed. The agents are new. The judgement about what breaks in production is not.

Agentic operations

Run recurring work on agents

Reporting, triage, reconciliation, monitoring — the work that repeats every week and quietly consumes a team. We turn it into scheduled agents that draft, log what they did, and wait for a person to approve before anything leaves the building.

For operators buried in recurring work who will not accept a black box.

AI in the SDLC

Build software with agents

Spec, architecture, implementation, and QA driven through an agentic pipeline — as products we build for you, or installed in your own engineering org as a way of working. Either way you review running software each week, not a document describing it.

For teams who want AI in their SDLC beyond a code-completion licence.

Legacy modernization

Understand what nobody dares touch

The estate everyone routes around because the people who wrote it have retired. Agents read the code and recover the documentation, capture what it currently does as a test suite, then migrate it in increments small enough for a person to approve one at a time.

For teams carrying platforms nobody left can explain.

Test automation

Coverage that keeps pace with the code

Suites written and maintained alongside the features they cover, rather than bolted on a quarter late. Agents derive cases from how the system actually behaves and surface the paths nothing exercises — including the ones your coverage report calls green.

For teams whose test suite has quietly stopped meaning anything.

Vulnerability management

From discovery to verified fix

Not a scan report that lands in an inbox and dies there. Findings are triaged for real exploitability in your environment, a remediation is drafted, a person approves it, and the fix is verified closed — continuously, not once a quarter.

For teams sitting on a backlog of findings nobody has time to read.

Performance engineering

Find the ceiling before your users do

Load and stress testing built as a standing harness instead of a pre-launch scramble, so you learn where the system bends when you change it — rather than when traffic does.

For teams who currently discover their limits in production.

How we work

Four rules we do not bend

A human decides

Agents draft; a person approves. Nothing reaches a customer, an inbox, or a ledger without someone signing off. When an agent is wrong, the answer is that nothing happens.

Safety in code, not prompts

Tool allowlists enforced where the agent is launched, destructive actions denied outright, every run logged. A prompt is a suggestion. A denied tool is a fact.

Cost is engineered

Small models for extraction, mid-tier for drafting, frontier models only where a person acts on the output directly. Decided per task, up front — not discovered on the invoice.

It runs on your infrastructure

Built to run inside your environment, with cloud as an option rather than a dependency. Your data does not need to reach our systems, and we retain nothing when an engagement ends.

Working together

The questions procurement asks first

How engagements run

We are named after takt time — the rhythm production is paced to. So: a fixed-fee scoped pilot first, with a fixed end date and something working to look at every week. Ongoing work continues monthly only if the pilot earned it.

Who owns what

Full code transfer at handover. The configurations, code, and prompts built for your engagement are yours, and they run on open tooling you can operate without us.

Where your data lives

With you. We would rather architect around your data staying put than ask you to trust a retention policy. Compliance posture is documented per engagement.

Early days, deliberately

We are taking on a small number of first clients.

A conversation with the engineers who would do the work — no sales layer, no gate. Tell us the workflow that is costing you most, and we will tell you honestly whether agents are the right answer for it.

We publish no logs, dashboards, or screenshots of the systems we run. Data that is not ours to publish does not get published — the same rule we would apply to yours. We show our work live instead.
